Broadband for students offers a wide selection of products on the market making it difficult to choose the right one for you. Landlords should always consider providing broadband and television packages to make your property more attractive to prospective students.
Consider the following points:
- If you are staying in the same accommodation for less than 12 months go for the short term contract deals - see 'Plusnet' below.
- If you are staying in the same accommodation for more than 12 months consider the contract deals which offer better value for money over the longer term.
- Always consider a high speed connection and unlimited downloads especially in a house with more than 4 occupants.
